MEETINGS
The difference between an ordinary event and a first class event depends on the details. We do our best in organizing any sort of meeting: congresses, courses, workshops and so forth, so that your guests will always enjoy maximum comfort. Our modern and efficient meeting and congress rooms are interconnected and supplied with the best technical equipment for any requirements.
They may host up to four hundred people and we offer different ways of organizing a successful event.

BASIC CONGRESS EQUIPMENT:
Table microphone and radio - folding chairs - video projection - portable writing boards - screen with remote control - wireless internet system - podium with reading stand - portable platform - production room - electric plugs.
CONGRESS EQUIPMENT – ON REQUEST:
Video projection (computer, slides, VHS) - Videoconference - Video audio recording - Mobile screens - Laser indicators - Simultaneous translation - Interpreters - Hostesses and Technicians.
Services for your business appointments:
Welcome coffee; Coffee-break (in the restaurant, in the roof garden or in the magnificent gardens).
Light lunch, Welcome cocktail and Gala dinner.
